Thanksgiving at Greeley Avenue

Thanksgiving is this week! And to kick it off, Greeley Avenue Bar & Grill is serving Thanksgiving day breakfast beginning at 9 a.m. Normally served only on Saturday and Sunday, so grab some breakfast before the busy day begins.

The TV’s will host the football games on Thanksgiving Day as well. The teams playing are:

  1. Washington Redskins at Dallas Cowboys
  2. New England Patriots at New York Jets
  3. Houston Texans at Detroit Lion

You won’t want to miss the Civil war game at Greeley Avenue on the 24th featuring the Coors Light Girls.

Brews on tap include:
Amnesia’s Trail Hazer : a pale ale with a Floral citrus hop aroma. It offers a light malt body, and a crisp and clean  grapefruit hop bite.

10 Barrel’s Pray for Snow winter ale: is brewed in Bend, Oregon and contains 7.0% alcohol. It pours a dark amber, with a malty aroma, with dark chocolate, figs, and a slightly smokey flavor with some resinous hop.

Deschutes Jubelale is on it’s way to Greeley Avenue Bar & Grill. Enjoy this spicy, malty, hoppy brew that’s a winter seasonal favorite. It’s  labeling and packaging art feature the work of a different local artist each year. The 2012 label is a compilation of 25 years of art.

We’re looking the holiday season in the eyes, with lots of parties, friends, family and shopping. With all the hubbub Greeley Avenue Bar & Grill is a great place to unwind.

Black Friday shopping begins Thanksgiving night with some places such as Target, opening at 9 p.m., and others open at midnight. We all know catching those awesome deals takes patience, so just remember to be safe!
