I kicked off 2014 with a visit to Greeley where I grabbed some lunch and watched some football. In case you don’t know their fries are super good and so was the Blue Moon burger. Aaron took great care of me which didn’t isn’t suprising since every time I visit I get fantastic service. My favorite thing though, is just the vibe in the air of good times and good sports. I highly recommend.
So, what’s going on in the sports world you ask? The NFL fans are waiting for the big Super Bowl hosted in New Jersey. Did you know that the last three Super Bowl champions emerged from Wild Card Weekend? That means that the 49ers had a better chance than the Patriots. And, we know how that turned out don’t we?
Way to go Seattle for coming back and taking control of the ball! I wasn’t sure they had arrived to the game to win with the first few plays. Everyone stood there with their mouth dropped open wondering where our team was and if they planned on showing up! Well, they did.
The Broncos and New England game wasn’t as exciting as the Seahawks and 49ers, but it was good all the same. I think we’ve got a well matched Superbowl coming up as long as Seattle shows up with some tape on their gloves! You know Greeley will have the game on so don’t miss it on the big screen!
